Terms and Conditions

  1. Purkupiha Oy has the right to transfer overdue receivables to the debt collection company and this may incur different costs related to payment reminders and collection according to the up-to-date price list of the debt collection company (Visma Financial Solutions Oy).
  2. Purkupiha Oy is entitled to charge the customer a reminder fee in accordance with the valid price list.
  3. Purkupiha Oy is entitled to charge the customer a billing surcharge in accordance with the valid price list and a weighing fee.
  4. Purkupiha Oy has the right to determine and change the credit line if Purkupiha Oy deems it necessary.
  5. Purkupiha Oy requires a legal transfer document for all waste loads.
  6. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided on the scales, and the reference information required for billing must be provided in advance to facilitate billing and reporting.
  7. Purkupiha Oy has the right to terminate the agreement immediately if Purkupiha Oy considers that the financial position of the customer has changed so that payment of Purkupiha Oy's receivables is endangered or if Purkupiha Oy considers the termination necessary for some other reason.
  8. The terms of payment for account contract customers is 14 days net and Purkupiha Oy is entitled to charge 16% interest on late payments.
  9. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer agrees that the information stored in the form will be stored in Purkupiha Oy's client information register and that the data will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions. The information can also be used for marketing and information purposes.
  10. The Customer shall be bound by Purkupiha Oy's current price list, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
  11. The Customer undertakes to comply with Purkupiha Oy's valid sorting guidelines.
  12. Purkupiha Oy has the right to change the type and quality class of the waste delivered by the customer if Purkupiha Oy deems it necessary. This may affect the price the customer pays for the reception according to the valid price list.
  13. Purkupiha Oy has the right to change the type and quality class of the metals supplied by the customer if Purkupiha Oy deems it necessary. Purkupiha Oy also has the right to make quality reductions on metal loads. These actions may affect the refund price paid to the customer.
  14. The account is company specific and may not be transferred to anyone other than those specified in the agreement. The account holder is responsible for all purchases made on the account.
  15. Purkupiha Oy has the right to verify the customer's identity with a photo ID.
  16. Other specific terms and conditions are set out in a separate annex or in a service agreement.
